Tango in the City organise and promote a number of special events.

Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum

Argentine Tango Event
Glaswegian tango dancers will demonstrate
This beautiful and fascinating form of dance.
There will also be a chance for everyone to
try out some tango during a taster class.
Another opportunity to impress the crowds promote the tango scene and to dance in the extraordinary surroundings of the Museums main hall. So look out your best frocks and polish those tango shoes.
Those of you who were at the event last year will knot the format as basically the same, with dancing and then a fun taster class for the general public, as with last year we would invite all of you experienced dancers to provide your generous help in partnering a member of the public who fancies trying out there first tango steps.
